Case Study: Pulte Homes and Del Webb… Ignite Sales, Build Culture, Amplify their ROI

PULTE IS ARGUABLY THE NATION’S LARGEST HOMEBUILDER… and we handled much of their video for their most profitable regions: Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas.  Our unique blend of dependability, experience and value produced broadcast spots, internet and onsite marketing, internal sales training and even comedy. We worked with all types of people in the Pulte Family: Like Bill Pulte the founder himself, producing a comprehensive first person narrative: “Everything I know about real estate”, AND… International celebrities during their yearly sponsorship of the PGA’s Father Son Challenge…. AND working with their Individual Owners in their Active Adult communities serving the Del Webb brand.  Specifically we helped develop a unique and highly successful approach to selling out our properties by interviewing the existing Owners, showing their lifestyle and hearing them tell prospective owners why they should be their new neighbors.

This documentary approach was very well received, much easier to move through their system, since it evolved from a targeted outline and no formal Scripting was required. The Lifestyle and interview shots were supported with artistic timelapse and beautiful crane shots … really capturing the communities unique personalities.  Beautiful work that worked beautifully.
